From Earth...To Good Health!!

Relish your Italian & Mediterranean favorites, with a wide range of vegetarian and health cuisine presented by Chef Stefano. "In our healthy cooking, the "Reduced Salt & Reduced Oil" concept is one of the keys. And; it is always a challenge to mix and match the natural flavours for the tastiest bites. Only...by means of strict sourcing, we get the finest and freshest ingredients for our kitchen. Some vegetables, herbs and fruit come from our organic farm & own backyard. Our chef's fascination for good food is extended to the production of our own homemade pasta, sauce, dressings, cheeses, yoghurt, bakery, jams and gelati."

Over twelve years of dedication, Stefano and his family is carrying on their quest to create delightful food for happy diners. And; it does also mean a great deal to them that their restaurants contribute to good health, and to the healthier society.

"The goal for tastier and healthier nutrition starts off from "Everthing Possible,Done with our Own Hands". That's how we produce almost everything <<homemade>> to make surt that any unnecessary additives are eliminated, and that the freshness is achieved."

"Whenever possible to use local produce, we do not hesitate." Chef Stefano is never tired of experimenting on new materials and new methods. He always outsource local vegetables as the first choice - - because the prosuce have higher resistance to sickness and require little chemical treats. Some local vegetables are tastier because they can reach the maturity by the time of harvest, and they grow naturally on their home-ground."

"We also source some safe produce from "Doi Kam" Royal Project and farmers promoted by The Provincial Department of Public Health. Working alongside with the the universities on the organic farming project makes us aware that a balanced ecology is the key to sustainable living. And; we believe that our effort to promote consumption of safe vegetables from strict chemical-controlled farming and organic farming will at the end result in healthier environment and sustainable economy."
